The City of Edmond open house for the Danforth Road Corridor Study is Tuesday, June 30 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Edmond Public Schools Administration Building, 1001 W. Danforth Rd.

The City of Edmond's stated goal for this Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) study along Danforth Rd. is to "improve safety for all users, reduce traffic delays along the corridors, and enhance connectivity throughout the City of Edmond."

As the City of Edmond plans for future improvements to Danforth Rd. from west city limits (between Western Ave. & Santa Fe Ave.) to Coltrane Rd., this is a great opportunity to ask planners to prioritize safe intersections, sidewalks, and streets that support access to neighborhoods and local businesses for everyone who lives and works here.
