Build the Broncho Block - UCO launches RFP for University Drive redevelopment

The University of Central Oklahoma wants your proposals to build the Broncho Block on 17 parcels of university-owned property along the west side of University Dr. between Ayers St. and E. 2nd St. in Edmond.

This redevelopment effort is guided by the University District Plan, which envisions a walkable, mixed-use neighborhood and entertainment district connecting the UCO campus and Downtown Edmond. The RFP seeks ideas for redevelopment of several university-owned parking lots into dense housing, businesses, restaurants, hotels, and more.

These parcels in Downtown Edmond are located within Edmond TIF District No. 1. and in the city's Federal Opportunity Zone.
